The official 5-Star Airline™ Ranking renewal for 2012 of Chinese carrier, Hainan Airlines was presented at a special ceremony in Beijing on March 28th 2012. After becoming the first airline in mainland China to be awarded the honour in 2011, Hainan Airlines has enhanced the quality of service, including cabin and ground services, while maintaining high standards in service as a 5-Star airline
