QUALITY CERTIFICATION

Delivering a trusted and proven format of quality analysis to the travel industry worldwide, the QCA programme is widely used as a key competitive performance and benchmarking tool by the airline industry.

QCA is also a valuable and unique tool for airline alliances seeking to achieve accurate, independent, member airline quality analysis, and relative performance benchmarking.

QCA Quality evaluations include over 750 aspects of product and service quality that are inspected and assessed to determine qualification for approval status - giving passengers total assurance that Quality Certified Airline status is the true and trusted mark of a leading airline.
